Treat yourself how you want your soul mate to be. See in yourself the things you are looking for.

Often people are looking for qualities on the outside which they feel they do not have on the inside, they project them onto the outside world and expect it to compensate for what they’re looking for within, whether that be confidence, love, self value, beauty, wealth, etc etc

If you got your soul mate what would you have? What would you feel? And how/where are in your life currently relative to this?

If when you ask that you get a positive emotion then your soul mate’s on their way. If it’s not so positive and you feel your soul mate will provide these, work on having these qualities in your life - and I say qualities, which is FEEL as if you have them, live from the place of having them. You can feel beautiful no matter how you look, you can feel wealthy no matter how much you have. Your skill is in seeing the beauty, wealth (or any other quality). If you can’t see it how can you expect someone else to?

You will then find you’re not looking for your soul mate in the same way - because you have what you’re looking for, and your soul mate will be an expression of that, rather than trying to fill a gap so to speak, it will be a different feeling/experience - but in turn you are also more attractive (spiritually/vibrationally) for what you’re looking for and you are getting closer to it. As your attention is on what you have (than on what you lack), that will manifest on a physical level. You will also be more ‘attractive’ and people will be drawn to you because they will feel it vibrationally. They will see you are not looking towards others to fill something you feel may be lacking but instead are in your own joy and they will want to be a part of it, and it grows and grows

In actual fact, everything and everyone you attract is your ’soulmate’ because everything is from spirit (where you have come from too) and everything you experience is a match to the vibrational signal you are giving, though classically it’s referred to as that wonderful magical synchronistic experience.

No one likes to be in this situation, but it’s happened to the best of us. As they say, some things are meant to be, but were there some things that could have been preventable?

Here are six ways to lose your soul mate and how you can avoid every single one of them:

1. Become his mother

It was once believed that in order to keep a soul mate you had to show your soul mate that you could do everything for him his Mama used to do: cook those nice, big Sunday dinners, mend his shirts, and basically be at his beck and call whenever he was in dire need of guidance. Okay, a bit old-fashioned, but you’d be amazed how many women still do this. While it’s a great thing to show your mate how much you care by cooking him a pot roast dinner after a long day at work, it gets a little overbearing when it’s starting to look like he married his mother and not the vibrant, young woman he fell in love with. What women sometimes don’t realize is that the man doesn’t want to be married to his mother; he wants to be married to you. Be yourself and mesmerize him with your own talents. It’ll pay off in the long run.

2. Doubt his word when he gives you no reason to do so

Trust is one of the most important things in a relationship. If you can’t trust your mate, you may as well hang it up. It’s not going to work. If you have doubts about his honesty, something is wrong. Unless you can work it out whatever is bothering you, the relationship will fail.

To learn how to trust is to learn how to take attention off of him or her and focus it on yourself. Do what makes you happy and before you know it, unless he or she gives you reasons to feel otherwise, everything will fall into place. If it still doesn’t, rethink the relationship and move on.

3. Play the silent treatment

One of the most important characteristics of the soul mate relationship is communication. If you can’t say what’s on your mind without your significant other going off the deep end, something is definitely wrong. Repressing your thoughts and opinions is stifling your self-growth as you know, so say what’s on your mind without bottling it up. Your soul mate will respect that and think more of you.

4. Rely on your soul mate to make you happy

I must have preached this a million times. No one can make you happy but yourself. If you have to have someone in your life or if you rely on your soul mate to provide the happiness that you can’t provide yourself, what is going to happen is that your soul mate is going to back off because the relationship is off balance. To create a happy and harmonious relationship with your soul mate, do things you love to do and became the person someone would want to love.

5. Crowd his/her space

Togetherness goes hand in hand for the soul mate relationship, but what happens when there’s no time for exploring one’s self? While we may or may not be aware of it, we’re creating an atmosphere of total consumption. Allow your mate to have interests outside of yours and you do the same. Before long, you’ll be creating a well-rounded and happy relationship that will last a lifetime.

6. Take the other one for granted

Finally, don’t let day-to-day routine become so monotonous that you forget the wonderful person you fell in love with. It’s easy to do because as time wears on, you both become comfortable with one another and it’s only natural you take their love for granted. While this stage in a relationship is gratifying, don’t forget the reason why your soul mate has come into your life and show him or her every day how thankful you are that they are in your life.

First you are visualizing all the time. You may not be aware of it but you are always conjuring up images in your mind. When you are speaking on the telephone to someone you are most of ten times trying to see in your mind what they are telling you. You also visualize when you are deep in thought. When you are worrying about paying your debt or worrying about the way you would really like to live your life you are also visualizing what you want.

The hard part however is to use that creative force to actually attract the things you want. This is where many people go terribly wrong.

Here is a great test to help you understand the most effective way visualize. Think of the last time you were deep in thought. Now try to remember what that felt like. If you can recall that time, you will notice that you were deep inside of yourself. You were unaware of anyone or anything and as you were allowing yourself to visualize you could feel clearly that you were having the experience as if it were real. That is the power of visualization.

When people ask all the time How do I visualize the things I want, I tell them the same way you visualize the things that you don’t want. You see when you are feeling anxious and fearful you lock yourself away in your inner mind with those images. You loose sight of other possibilities and if it is something that happened to you, then you recreate it in its full detail with all your emotions all over again.

Try to immerse yourself with full emotions when you are trying to create the things you want. Many thoughts may come to distract you but if you will redirect your mind to what you do want your mind will be trained to hold that thought.

One of the limitations of conveying a message or meaning with words is that the word itself has deeper meanings which we do not see, thus we miss out the deeper processes and qualities that are associated with the particular word. Intention is one such word. To understand it, we need to look deeper.

Definition of Intention

The definition of intention is, according to Merriam Webster Online Dictionary, a determination to act in a certain way. Intention, therefore, is a desire to act. We can see here that there are two very important components to the quality of intention.

The first is the desire or determination and the second is the action involved. For intention to work for you, both components must be there.

Desire

The desire we talk about here is one that is clear and is associated with a will or determination to act on the desire. This clear desire or intent in our mind is our asking or letting the universe know that this is what we want to manifest. The act of publicly declaring your intention works to clarify what you want as well as to strengthen your resolve to act on it. You become committed. You are bound by your words. You also weakened your inner resistance to your stated intention.

When your intention is clear, the universe can easily process the instructions you gave it. This is in contrast to a wishy-washy, uncertain, non-committal kind of desire or wanting that serves only to confuse the universe and everyone else trying to help you. Ask and it is given, and with a clear committed intention, the universe obediently gives you what you asked for.

The Art of Allowing

However, asking is only the first step in the process of creation. The next step is allowing yourself to receive. This process of allowing is not as simple as it seems for it requires great faith in the universe. You cannot receive if you do not believe that the universe will provide.

This is an interesting paradox.

When you do not believe that the universe will provide, then you get exactly what you believe. In this case, you get nothing. When this happens, then it unfortunately reinforced your lack of trust in the universe and perpetuates the vicious cycle of distrust in the universe. On the other hand, when you have absolute faith in the universe, you get what you believe and what you asked for gets manifested for you.

Thus the world’s most famous manifestor said, “Ask and know that it is done, and you shall receive it.”

In short, ask - believe - receive!

So, what can we do if we do not believe in the universe? How can we replace this limiting belief with a better one? There are in fact many methods to transform our beliefs. We will delve into this in another article.

Action

To receive, you have to act on the little coincidences, synchronicity and opportunities that seem to come to you at the right place at the right time. Acting on them in alignment with your intention will move you towards your goal, which is the manifested product of your intention. Intention, then, is the cause and your goal manifested the effect. This is true for all creation.

Each must begin in the mind (intention) and ends in physical manifestation (form).

It really is a LAW.

Okay! It is not the kind you find at city hall, in law books or even at law school.

It is the kind that is happening all the time. I really mean, all the time, every second in your life.

Whether you are in a good mood, bad mood or unsure of how you feel it is happening every moment.

You are constantly attracting things into your life whether you are conscious of it or not.

More importantly you are attracting in your life right now, and right now and right now.

You are attracting exactly what it is that you do want in to your life.

Yes! You read that right.

What is happening is that you are giving your energy, attention and focus to whatever it is that you are attracting and getting more and more of the same thing over and over again.

You know the kind of things that you just love and want more and more of.

Or

You could also being attracting the awful things that you just hate and would rather not have in your life.

Those kinds of things where you felt like you have abundance in your life and then those kinds of things where you felt lack or scarcity in your life.

What this all means is that you have attracted all of it, whether it is good or bad.

You are responsible for whatever comes into your life.

I know that for some of you that is painful to hear.

I can hear you saying right now “Why in the world would I do something like that?”

You have two kinds of thoughts and you may only be aware of your conscious thoughts and there is another kind of thought that is very, very powerful.

These thoughts are in the background and those thoughts are the ones that are attracting what you are getting into your life.

These are called subconscious thoughts. When they are in harmony with what you consciously intend to attract then this is what you will attract.

And when this happens life is great!

Have you ever had thoughts and beliefs, and somehow they were not a match to your conscious dreams and your wishes and you didn’t attract what you wanted no matter how much you wanted it?

Here is why! Those subconscious beliefs have more strength than your conscious beliefs.

For some of you this may be what runs your life.

Now forget about blaming yourself or feeling guilty. After all, you weren’t aware of the unconscious beliefs working in a way that they have in been in your life until maybe now.

Now that you are aware, you can do something different.

When you get rid of the inner self limiting beliefs this helps to speed up the Law of Attraction and get whatever it is you’re trying to achieve or attract.

Hang on to your hat! It happens fast.

You will be using the Law of Attraction deliberately and intentionally

You will have the Law of Attraction work for you all of the time rather than, some of the time and in way that you want.

Now you can experienced the incredible power of the Law of Attraction, and take it to a whole new level when eliminating those self limiting beliefs.

When you do this your subconscious beliefs will match your conscious beliefs and magic will happen in your life using the Law of Attraction.

Ladies, I have a question for you: Do you wonder why you can’t find your dream man? Do you long for a soulmate, your one true love, that man who will whisk you away to your happily ever after? If you do, ask yourself this: Why haven’t you found him yet? And, while you’re flashing back on all the reasons why, consider this…

The Universal Law of Attraction states that people are like magnets. A magnet attracts iron ore because that’s what it’s made up of. People attract other people who are “made up” of the same stuff, like hopes, desires, fears, feelings, and so on. For example, in a very basic way, when you smile at somebody, do people smile back at you? Yes, most often they do. This is the law of attraction working. When you smile people are drawn to your positive energy, it makes them feel good, and as a result they smile back which makes you feel good; like attracting like.

So, do you think this law of attraction is true in your own life? Do you believe you can you really attract the positive and negative just like a magnet? The things you want-like money, power, and confidence? Even the things you don’t want-debt, conflict, or poor self image? How about love…do you think you can use this law to attract your one true love just as surely as to attract not-so-good relationships? Let’s explore this a little further by thinking about how you talk to your girlfriends about men, dating, and love.

When you’re chatting with the girls, do you hear yourself saying things like “I’m never going to find my Mr. Right” or “There must be something wrong with me,” or “I hate dating,” or “My one true love must not exist,” or “I don’t believe in soulmates.”? If you do, do you think such negative thoughts and expressions as these have any connection with why you haven’t found your true love yet? Or, do you think they’re totally unconnected and that at any moment your dream man is going to materialize out of thin air, whisk you off your feet, and you’ll live happily ever after? If you think the latter, it’s time for a reality check!

Ask yourself this: Would *you* be attracted to a man who had such a woe-is-me attitude, low self esteem, negative outlook on life, and no dreams for his relationship future? Um, I didn’t think so. So why should a man be attracted to you if this is the “man magnet” you’re casting out into the world?

Skill skeptical? Still think a man is magically going to appear? Still want to buck the law of attraction? Don’t worry; you’re absolutely right: A man *will* appear. He’ll likely be Mr. Wrong, ready to exploit your self-doubt, and if he doesn’t make your life miserable right away, he’ll at least keep you from finding somebody better…for a long time to come! And, if by that time your attitude still hasn’t changed, the next man you’ll attract isn’t going to be Mr. Wrong, he’s going to be Mr. Really Wrong!

You see, try to resist it as you will, when you affirm these negative messages and desires, you are calling on the law of attraction to work for you. And, dutifully, obediently, and without question, it will. The only problem is that you’re asking the universe to send you the *opposite* of what you truly want!

Now, you’re in a real pickle because you’ve got what you asked for, but it’s not what you want. When you state “I don’t want this or that” and “I don’t need such and such,” it’s exactly what you attract. Then you find yourself wondering why you “just can’t get a break,” “why everybody else is falling in love but me,” and you’re left to wallow in the idea that you’re “going to grow old alone.” If this is how you feel, you’re not alone. Many women (and, yes, men, too) don’t know how to affirm what they *do* want. They only know how to define what they do *not* want. In affirming the negative, this is the very thing they attract.

But, before you get mad at the law of attraction, you must realize “it” doesn’t care one way or the other if you’re happy or sad, with Mr. Right or Mr. Wrong. The law works without judgment, without bias, and without any sentiment of “I sure hope she finds her dream man this time!” If you want to begin attracting your true love, then things are going to need to change and *you* are going to need to be the one who changes them.

Change your focus to the positive, to the self affirming, and to your ideal, and your man magnetism is going to start attracting your Mr. Right (and, likely, many of them!) immediately.

You might be asking yourself, “Gee, this all sounds good, but how the heck do I actually stop focusing on a lifetime of bad dates, dead-end relationships, and deadbeat guys?” or “Hey, I don’t even know where to begin imagining who my true love or ideal man really is. How do I get started?” I’m glad you asked!

You can start making the universal law of attraction work in your favor by answering seven super simple questions:

1. Define the type of relationship you want

“I want to meet the man of my dreams,” isn’t going to cut it. Be specific (e.g., “I want to find a husband who is passionate about his career and loves kids. He enjoys cycling and picnics in the park.” or “I desire to have a wild love affair with a French man who has curly black hair and brown eyes.” or “I would love to go on a romantic date with a man who buys me flowers and makes me laugh.”).

2. How does this man treat you?

(e.g., He takes me out to dinner, buys me flowers, holds my hand, finds my jokes funny, tells me I am beautiful, pampers me and treats me like a princess, rubs my feet after a long day…)

3. How does it feel when you are with him?

(e.g., I tremble when he brushes past me, my heart beats faster when I hear his name, we talk and talk for hours as if we have known each other for years, I feel safe when his strong arms are around me, it is like music to my ears when I hear his laughter…)

4. What does he look like?

(e.g., He has a warm smile, big muscles, blonde hair and green eyes, black hair and brown eyes, curly brown hair, tall/short, dark/fair skinned, freckles…))

5. What does he do for fun?

(e.g., Work out at the gym, listen to/play music, cycle, play golf/football/tennis, eat out, go to bars/clubs, hiking, mountain climbing, reading, swimming, travel…)

6. Where will you meet this man?

(e.g., I meet him at an airport, sports bar, night club, on the internet, through friends, by chance, at a wedding, in the grocery/video store, library, at the beach, gym, tennis club…)

7. How will you know you’ve found him?

(e.g., He proposes to me on a starry night. We are lying together on a sandy beach listening to the waves crashing against the shore. I wake up in the morning to find him making me breakfast in the kitchen. Our eyes meet across a crowded room and he comes over and asks me to dance…)

When you have answered all of these questions, you are ready to let the law of attraction start working for you. You know exactly what you are looking for, where to find it, and how to know when you have found it. So now all you have to do is take a few minutes to think over your responses, and then close your eyes and imagine the man of your dreams. See him, hear him, touch him, feel him…even taste him!

Take time to affirm these positive images daily. Breathe in deeply letting the air fill every cell in your body with the image of what you desire. With every exhalation feel the peace and joy that comes with knowing your desire is already fulfilled…and it really is…the universal law of attraction *will* start drawing your dream man (or men!) to you almost immediately.

Believe it or not, our intuition plays an essential role in discovering exactly who our soul mates are. Throughout our lifetimes, we have certainly come upon an individual to whom we’re inclined. Suddenly, you feel this sense of “knowing” — though you’ve never met that person before. And, it is in that “chance meeting” that we discover how much alike we are. The “chance meeting,” however, is no accident; a matter of fact, it is not by chance at all. There are no “accidents” in life. Remember, every encounter and every facet of our lives is laid out for us to explore — including the journey in finding our soul mates.

Whether or not one believes in the possibility of reincarnation, it is important to note that each of us has at one time or another met an individual to whom we’ve been drawn like a magnet. Accordingly, our mutual bond helps us to rediscover the life light in each other. Perhaps in a not-too-distant past, we shared experiences and/or love, and that is what has drawn us together. There are NO accidents in these “chance encounters.”

But how do you discover your soul mate? That depends entirely on how evolved you are on a spiritual plane. Euphoric love is such a heightened state of emotional awareness that one could liken this feeling to the ultimate high. And when we have opened ourselves up to invite another into our sacred space of love, we often discover the vast similarities of our likes and dislikes…but that is simply not enough to awaken our soul mate experience. One must resolve to live in an absolute state of awareness, unlike “euphoric love,” but that of Divine love to reignite the passion and discovery of one’s soul mate.

You see, the difference between a state of euphoria and a relaxed state of heightened awareness is that our sense of heightened awareness is what essentially gives us the innate ability to “see” who are twin soul mate is; not like euphoria — the beginning stage of infatuation, which can sometimes blind us from the truth of the matter.

So here we are, another Valentine’s Day, and we still haven’t discovered our soul mate — don’t be discouraged. Many travelers haven’t found their soul mate because they’ve been all-consumed by either euphoria or emotional blockages. But don’t despair; there is a way to rediscover your twin flame in the vast expanse that we call Earth: First, we must throw out all preconceptions and misconception of what love is supposed to be. There are no perfect physical unions, but there can be perfect spiritual unions. And when we resolve to love others with absolute love, we discover a whole new realm of life.

If you haven’t honed in on your inner wisdom, now is the time to do so. Now ask yourself, “Am I looking for love?” or “Am I seeking my soul mate?” Which of the two do you desire most? If you’ve decided on the latter and truly want to reunite your soul mates, then you must nurture your inner consciousness. Awaken your mind through meditation, peaceful reflection and gear up for the expedition of your life. If you are intended to meet your soul mate, you will. The intention, however, must coexist in both your mental and emotional being. To achieve this state of awareness, you must be focused on your anticipated result.

How do you know if you’ve met your soul mate? Like two small embers, sparks will ignite an inferno of emotions. You will be flooded with a sense of “knowingness” on a very soul-full level. This is not euphoria, rather, a very intense state of emotional, mental, and spiritual unity that transcends the normalcy of physical love. The nicest part of this soul mate reunion is that once you have received it, it remains steadfast in your life. The flames can never be distinguished.

Are you ready to explore and fulfill your destiny with your soul mate? All things are possible through God — and yes, even finding your soul mate is one of those possibilities. Understand that like all goals in life, the quest for finding our soul mate takes effort and patience. Enlighten yourself by reigniting your life light…the rest will come in time.

Learn to be a listener- To really create long lasting relationships you need to be a good listener. You see often when your partner isn’t heard he or she starts feeling neglected and this is where the relationship truly suffers. Therefore it is extremely important to be a good listener at times and keep the opinions of your partner in mind.

Should we ask them for advice on our relationships? Well, some people fear they have nowhere else to turn, so they ask their friends or relatives what they should do about their relationships.

The Best Policy

Yes, a friend may offer sound advice, but no one can tell you what’s right for you or your relationships. Relationship decisions are best left up to you.

Although friends may be eager to help, they can only speak from their experience, their beliefs and values, and the perspective of their relationship history.

Your perspective will be different.

Your friends and family members will not have the experience with your particular situation. Their counsel will come from their own situations and life experience.

Plus, we often put our friends in the position of telling us what we want to hear — or confirming our thinking on a given subject: it is sometimes hard for a friend to shoot straight with us.

It is usually the best policy to draw upon your own personal experience, inner resources and the direction provided by your own conscience when making decisions about your relationships. You can accept all the advice in the world, but when it comes down to it, you have to decide for yourself.

Some People Want Someone To Tell Them What To Do

Some people seek the advice of a psychic in matters of the heart . . . or someone who will tell them what to do. Wouldn’t that make life so much easier if we could make others responsible for our own hard decisions?
